Karla has broken price per square foot records in nearly every building she has represented over the span of her 20+ year career. She has proven herself a leading asset and strategist through her solutions-driven teams and has countless successful case studies that showcase optimized vacancy exposure, rent rolls, profit centers, retention, and other various wins for her institutional and investor client base.
