After a very long apt search, found an apt on StreetEasy that happened to be run by Mirador. Ted Henwood showed me the apt, he was super patient and helpful. Showed me the place twice. Despite Covid-19 turning the real estate market into a frenzy of renters and anxious landlords, Jennifer was unnerved from the start. He was very efficient with the way we did apartment searching, and worked with me to figure out what I wanted to look for. Really appreciate the service and honesty we got when working with Zack Haluszczak to find an apartment in Brooklyn. Besnik went above and beyond my expectations while helping me find a new apartment. After he showed me the unit I reached out about, he took me to a few other buildings in the area with similar units without me even having to ask. None of the apartments worked out the first day, but he sent me periodic updates with other apartments that fit my criteria and eventually we found one that I liked. After I signed the lease, he stayed helpful and answered all my questions, unlike some brokers who collect their fee and walk away.
