"I first reached out to Louise Torrisi at the end of January 2022 for an April 1 move-in date. I was told by many agents before that it was too early to start renting for this time period and nothing else. Louise informed me of the same but gave me her personal cell and email and told me to contact her towards the end of February and she would help me, and help me she did. I have never experienced the personal service that Louise provided in any industry, let alone real estate. It is difficult renting in New York (I have a history of renting in Ann Arbor, MI and most recently San Diego, CA which was super straightforward) and Louise guided me through the whole process. I told her my desired location and price and she was able to provide me options immediately. The application process was tricky and I needed to use a guarantor which made it more complex but I was in constant communication with Louise via text or phone to make sure all my ducks were in a row when it came time to submit. She braved the cold to FaceTime me from outside the apartment so I could get a feel of the building and the neighborhood (I am still in California and was not able to visit). My application was accepted and she was very excited for me, as our work together had been a huge success! I am moving into a great place on April 1 because of Louise’s personal dedication to serving her clients.
