About Melissa Noblit Broadway

Beginning her real estate/property management career more than 20 years ago, Melissa started in college student housing, first working directly for colleges and universities and then later entering the public-private partnership student housing industry with a national provider of student housing management and consulting services for non-profit owners. Melissa worked at student housing communities located in Maryland, Georgia, New York, and New Jersey, and she helped to increase revenue and retention, manage capital projects, liaison between various project stakeholders, and implement new or enhance existing property operations. After over a decade in student housing, Melissa transitioned her career to multi-family property management, starting out in New York City with Rose Associates.

 

Her experience includes managing nearly 1,700 apartments and retail spaces for both Third-party-managed and Owner-managed properties, as well as global institutional clients. Her responsibilities in her various roles encompassed overall operations management, leasing and renewal management, resident relations, staff hiring/training/supervision, facilities management, budget creation and management, establishing and adhering to revenue goals, capital project planning and management, and overall compliance.
