Born and raised in New York City, Katrina brings insider knowledge, relentless work ethic, and a client-first mindset to every search. After launching her real estate career at Breco Advisors in 2024, she quickly built a reputation for delivering results, successfully helping over 100 renters find their ideal homes across NYC in just one year. She joined Mirador in 2026 to align with a team that shares her high standards and strategic approach.

Katrina’s motivation is personal. After struggling through her own apartment searches, she set out to offer others the kind of seamless, stress-free experience she wished she had. Her process is clear, organized, and built on consistent communication. Clients value her loyalty, honesty, and tenacity. Qualities that drive her to go above and beyond to protect their interests and secure the best outcome.

Before real estate, Katrina worked in fast-paced hospitality roles across the city, sharpening the service mindset and attention to detail that now define her client relationships. Outside of work, she’s passionate about cooking, discovering hidden NYC gems, and exploring new cultures through travel.

I was told by many agents before that it was too early to start renting for this time period and nothing else. Louise informed me of the same but gave me her personal cell and email and told me to contact her towards the end of February and she would help me, and help me she did. I have never experienced the personal service that Louise provided in any industry, let alone real estate. It is difficult renting in New York (I have a history of renting in Ann Arbor, MI and most recently San Diego, CA which was super straightforward) and Louise guided me through the whole process. I told her my desired location and price and she was able to provide me options immediately.
